Role Summary
Own the performance, optimization, and technical quality of environments in Unreal Engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage LODs, HLODs, and instancing
- Optimize shaders, materials, draw calls
- Enforce FPS targets across low–high spec PCs
- Support lighting, VFX, and environment optimization
- Debug performance bottlenecks
Requirements
- 5+ years as Technical Artist (AAA)
- 3+ shipped AAA PC/console titles
- Strong Unreal profiling & optimization expertise
- Shader and material pipeline knowledge
- Scripting experience preferred
