Role Summary

Own the performance, optimization, and technical quality of environments in Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage LODs, HLODs, and instancing
  • Optimize shaders, materials, draw calls
  • Enforce FPS targets across low–high spec PCs
  • Support lighting, VFX, and environment optimization
  • Debug performance bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 5+ years as Technical Artist (AAA)
  • 3+ shipped AAA PC/console titles
  • Strong Unreal profiling & optimization expertise
  • Shader and material pipeline knowledge
  • Scripting experience preferred
