Experience: 2–5 Years


Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Assistant (Offline) to work from the Kodewala Academy office and support Java & Backend training programs with hands-on lab and classroom assistance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be physically present in classrooms/labs during training sessions
  • Assist trainers in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Spring Boot, REST APIs
  • Help students with IDE setup (IntelliJ/Eclipse), Git, Maven/Gradle
  • Support Microservices basics (Eureka, API Gateway, Config Server)
  • Assist with Docker setup, Linux commands, local deployments
  • Resolve student technical issues during practice & projects


Technical Skills Required:

  • Java & backend fundamentals
  • Spring Boot and REST services
  • SQL basics (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Git & basic debugging skills
