Technical Assistant

The Role:

​We are seeking Technical Assistant to join our team. You will assist surgeons in the operating theatre by preparing instruments, ensuring surgical equipment is sterile, and supporting procedures to maintain smooth operations during surgeries

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment before procedures
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies
• Ensure sterile field and infection control protocols are maintained
• Support the surgical team with technical assistance as needed

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a scrub person or OT technician
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and orthopaedic procedures
• Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
