Responsibilities

  1. Perform product testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with company standards.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales team to address and resolve on‑site technical issues effectively.
  3. Execute scheduled maintenance and service tasks at customer sites, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  4. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor.
  5. Prepare and submit detailed service reports to Technical Administration and notify the Sales team of task completion.
  6. Participate in project site briefings with the site maintenance team to ensure proper product operation and maintenance.
  7. Liaise with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions to address customer complaints.
