The Role
At MediaOnline, we bridge the gap between hardware and digital content. We are seeking a Technical Associate to handle the deployment and support of our turnkey digital signage solutions.
In this role, you aren't just installing screens—you are the vital link between our Project Engineers' designs and the final live environment. You will use your technical background to interpret system requirements, configure specialized hardware & software, and ensure 100% operational success on-site.
Key Responsibilities
System Deployment & Integration
Instruction-Based Execution: Implement full-turnkey setups based on technical drawings and instructions provided by the Project Engineer.
Hardware Setup: Install and commission professional displays, LED display & controllers, and media players.
Infrastructure: Oversee and execute the physical infrastructure, including mounting systems and data cabling to ensure system stability.
