Your main responsibilities
A technical auditor must be EI- Level-3 (L3) certified in Elevators. He should have good knowledge of both Elevators and Escalators. Should have good communication and delivery skills. Should be a good mentor and trainer to the junior team to prepare for the Schindler EI- certifications Should act like a coach and mentor for the new Engineers to perform maintenance & troubleshooting procedures. Minimum 3 years of work experience with Schindler. What you bring
Expertise: Minimum 8 or 10+ years of experience of Elevator Industry specialised in maintenance, Team Leader, Technical trainer roles.
Skills: Desired E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, Good Communication & interpersonal skills, analytical, planning & organization skills.
Education: Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical.
