Key Responsibilities

• Make Technical Publications/Authoring decisions within own sphere of responsibility and delegated authority.
• Fulfil the operating, maintenance and support requirements agreed with the customer. The information must be clearly and unambiguously presented, in a manner appropriate to the level of skill, experience and technical understanding of the users and maintainers of the equipment.
