An established and well-regarded online retailer are looking to hire an experienced Technical Author. You will be responsible for the creation of product specification documents containing accurate, clear, and detailed information to allow the overseas manufacturing facilities to manufacture the products to the correct technical specifications.

• Working closely with the Design/ Quality Compliance to create accurate technical specifications for products / manuals / labelling and other technical information.
• Continuously update and amend for changing specifications.
• Ensure instruction manuals and labels meet the requirements of internationally recognised safety & quality standards.
• Responsible for communication and transfer of design and engineering documents to and from multiple overseas manufacturing facilities to ensure full traceability of products.
