Technical BA/Data BA

Required Skills & Experience
● 5–6 years of experience as a Technical BA, Data Analyst, or similar role
● Strong ability to read, analyse, and validate datasets
● Advanced SQL skills (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, data validation)
● Experience working with large-scale datasets
● Experience running data QA and reconciliation processes
● Understanding of customer identity resolution and data unification concepts

Technical & Tooling
● Hands-on experience with AWS data systems (S3, Athena, Databricks)
● Experience working with file-based ingestion (S3/GCS), and batch/streaming data
● Comfortable reading technical documentation and data schemas

Soft Skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
● Ability to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
● Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
● High attention to detail with a strong sense of data ownership
● Able to make recommendations based on data analysis for optimization/ improvement

Nice to Have
● Experience in a CDP, CDW, Martech data platform
● Experience in a Retail / Automotive/ Hospitality / Telecom platform
● Familiarity with data observability or monitoring tools
● Experience working with AI tools for process betterment/automation needs.
