Technical Bakery Advisor (Local & Export)

Bakels Malaysia is seeking passionate and hands‑on Technical Bakery Advisers (TBAs) for the local and export markets. To provide end‑to‑end technical baking solutions to both local and overseas customers. This role is ideal for baking professionals who enjoy product demonstrations, customer engagement, recipe innovation, and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.

You will play a key role in supporting customers with technical expertise, conducting baking demonstrations, updating and developing recipes in line with market trends, and driving technical excellence from our Bakels Baking Centre. Depending on the assigned scope, the position may focus on local customer support or involve regional and overseas customer engagements, including support for industrial customers.
