Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying new applications for Specialty Polyamides within the Automotive (Tier 1 or 2) market. Analyze customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to develop a strategic growth plan tailored to the Korean market. Propose new R&D initiatives as needed and work closely with international R&D teams to align development efforts. Represent the company at trade shows, industry seminars, and networking events to uncover new business opportunities and gain market insights. Partner with the sales team to uncover customer needs and respond to technical inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
