Deverellsmith are working with a leading developer, currently seeking a talented Technical Building Operations Surveyor to take ownership of their residential portfolio and drive industry-leading operational performance.
This is a role for someone who wants accountability, influence, and the opportunity to shape how our buildings operate, from Practical Completion through to day-to-day excellence.
You will be responsible for ensuring every building is compliant, safe, efficiently run, and ready for residents. You'll work closely with our Resident Experience Manager to balance operational discipline with an outstanding living experience.
