Technical Business Analyst - Silverlake

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements or new initiatives. Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), user stories, and data mapping documents.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for Silverlake (SIBS/SICS) or AS/400 systems. Perform analysis of existing banking processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Silverlake developers, solution architects, QA teams, and operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Act as a liaison between business and technology teams throughout SDLC or Agile/Scrum processes.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating defect resolution.
