Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery. The role involves leading requirements analysis, performing technical assessments, coordinating with vendors and technical teams, and ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and governance requirements. The Technical BA is expected to work independently with minimal supervision .

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple vendors and external ICT service providers, working closely with application and infrastructure teams to deliver projects and enhancements aligned with business outcomes
• Review and, where required, write Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and troubleshoot infrastructure and platform-level issues
• Perform configuration tasks in the AWS Management Console to support solution setup, validation, and troubleshooting
