Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for data migration and HR systems projects.
  • Lead or support end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout migration phases.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases, with a focus on HR processes and compliance requirements.
