    Job Description

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of technical changes-from initiation to closure.
  • Conduct risk and impact assessments for infrastructure and security-related changes.
  • Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, Application, and DevOps teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and internal governance standards.
  • Plan and coordinate change windows to minimize business disruption.
  • Track KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Change Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Change Management with a focus on infrastructure and security.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security controls.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated change deployments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
