Job Description
Oversee the complete lifecycle of technical changes-from initiation to closure.Conduct risk and impact assessments for infrastructure and security-related changes.Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, Application, and DevOps teams.Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and internal governance standards.Plan and coordinate change windows to minimize business disruption.Track KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership.Drive continuous improvement and automation using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.The Successful Applicant
A successful Change Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.Certifications: ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.7+ years of experience in IT Change Management with a focus on infrastructure and security.Strong technical knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security controls.Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated change deployments.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
