We're building Klair to be a world-class decision engineering company. Insighter has a working v1 with customers onboarding. This is the moment where vision meets real users and the company truly begins.

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to build this with me.

What I’m looking for

• A hands-on engineer who has built real systems end to end. (Next.js, React, Data Engineering, AI & ML)
• Someone who enjoys thinking deeply about architecture, trade-offs, and long-term decisions
• Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect inputs
• A founder mindset: ownership, responsibility, and honesty
• Someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just impressive

I care a lot about how you think and build .

Strong engineering fundamentals and good taste matter more than titles or years.
