**Responsibilities**:
- **Product and posture alignment**: collaborate with internal teams and develop a deep understanding of Level Access products and the organizational security and privacy program and maintain this understanding as these areas evolve.
- **Questionnaires**:fill out customer security questionnaires that come through from Sales, Renewals or other sources.
- **Customer service**: provide timely response to new requests for information and steadfastly follow all requests through to timely completion, collaborating with others to source information where vital.
- **Record keeping**: use existing company tools and processes and ensure we keep records and an audit trail of all responses.
- **Ad hoc support**: provide other technical compliance writing to support internal and external teams as requested.
