Experience: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:


Pre-Sales Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE solutions


.Deliver engaging product demonstrations, techni cal presentations, and proof of concepts (POC’s).


Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation and solution architect late the business value of CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE in solving engineering and design challenges.


Support strategic sales initiatives and contribute to deal strategy and solution positioning.


Post-Sales Responsibilities:Lead or support implemen tation, configuration, and customization of CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE solutions.


Provide technical training, onboarding, and ongoing suppo rt to clients.


Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and solution adoption.


Act as a liaison between clients and internal product/R&D teams for feedback and enhancements.


Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ident ify upsell opportunities and ensure continued success.


Skills-


Strong understand ing of CAD/CAE/PLM workflows and industry best ent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.


Experience in both customer-facing and technical implementation roles.
