Job Overview: Provide technical leadership across security advisory and presales engagements by architecting and deploying Microsoft cloud security solutions. Design and integrate Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender XDR, and Microsoft Sentinel to enable threat detection, SOC modernization, Zero Trust architectures, and secure multi-cloud environments aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Advisory & Presales

• Act as a trusted Microsoft Security advisor for enterprise customers

• Lead security discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical deep dives

• Support presales engagements including demos, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals

• Translate business, risk, and compliance needs into Microsoft aligned security architectures

Microsoft Defender & Cloud Security

• Design and position Microsoft Defender for Cloud (CSPM, CWPP, compliance)

• Architect and position Microsoft Sentinel.

• Advise on multi cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP) using Defender for Cloud

Identity, Threat & SOC Enablement

• Support threat detection, investigation, and response using Defender XDR

• Position Microsoft Sentinel for SOC modernization, SIEM/SOAR integration, and automation

Architecture & Best Practices

• Promote Zero Trust and Secure by Design cloud architectures

• Review customer architectures and provide risk-based security recommendations

• Enable DevSecOps and cloud security best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud & Sentinel.

• Solid understanding of Azure Infrastructure Services.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel (use cases & integration)

• Strong grasp of cloud security domains: identity, network, workload, data protection

• Azure security experience (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus)

Customer Facing

• Experience in presales, consulting, or customer facing engineering roles

• Ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and executive audiences

• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Certifications

• SC 100, AZ 500, CC.
