We are seeking a Technical Consultant (Construction Domain) to provide expert insights and guidance in developing a construction-focused website. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between construction industry needs and IT development, ensuring our platform meets industry standards, regulations, and user expectations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT and development team to define website features based on construction industry requirements.
  
• Provide expert guidance on construction materials, methods, regulations, and best practices.
  
• Identify industry pain points and recommend solutions to enhance platform usability.
  
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, codes, and safety guidelines.
  
• Research and update the team on emerging trends in construction technology.
  
• Review and validate website content, tools, and calculators for industry accuracy.
  
• Act as a bridge  between construction professionals and the IT team for seamless communication.
  
• Assist in testing and providing feedback on platform features to align with industry needs.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and project workflows.
  
• Familiarity with construction standards and regulations.
  
• Ability to translate construction industry needs into technical requirements.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Prior experience working with IT teams or in digital transformation projects is a plus.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) or construction management software.
  
• Understanding of construction cost estimation and project planning tools.
  
• Experience in UX/UI feedback for construction-related platforms is a plus.
