Technical Implementation Consultant Job Description

Be a point of reference for our customers for technical aspects, ensuring high quality services in the Medical IT arena, work from a high competences European Customer Service Center.

You are responsible to

  • Clearly understand performance expectations in terms of technical services and support.
  • Meet with EDI services, applications and sales teams as required to provide customer feedback, assist with project plans and align schedules.
  • Assist in providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams.
  • Support the EDI Incident Support team in the accumulation and distribution of technical information.
  • Keep Philips EDI service information database updated.
  • Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades and changes to setup and functionalities.
