Technical Consultant

Role: CCB Techno Consultant

Experience: 3+yrs

Pan India (Hybrid Mode)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on requirements gathering , business process reengineering , and solution design as per Oracle standards.
• Configure and implement CC&B modules:
• Billing , Credit & Collection , Rates Configuration , Interval Pricing , IWS Integrations .
• Utilize OUAF Framework , CCB Configuration Tool , and develop using Java , Crystal Reports scripting , Plug-ins , BPA scripts , Zones , UI Map portals .
• Perform development and maintenance projects , including integration with third-party services .
• Provide production support : troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and conduct functional testing.
• Prepare estimation and documentation for projects.
• Engage in client-facing activities , ensuring clear communication and solution delivery.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle Utilities CC&B (v2.12.5 or later).
• Strong knowledge of CC&B modules: Billing, Credit & Collection, Rates, Interval Pricing, IWS Integrations.
• Proficiency in OUAF Framework , Java development , Crystal Reports scripting , and CC&B configuration tools.
• Experience in Energy & Utilities domain .
• Hands-on experience in development, maintenance, and production support .
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Certification on CC&B is a plus.
