Experience: 12+ years
Job Location: Mumbai
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in presales and solution consulting.
- Strong understanding of technology, business processes, and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, mobile application security, AI/ML-based security solutions, or enterprise SaaS platforms preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in driving solution excellence, enabling sales teams, and ensuring strategic alignment across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative mindset to craft winning solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solutioning & Proposal Management - Oversee the creation of tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations that address client needs and showcase business value.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with global sales leaders, product managers, and delivery heads to ensure seamless solutioning and client engagement.
- Sales Enablement - Develop and implement presales frameworks, tools, and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, to update our solution strategy and positioning.
- Performance Metrics - Define and track KPIs for presales effectiveness, win rates, and solution quality across regions.
