The Technical Consultant will be part of a global technical delivery team responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise-grade network, security, and application infrastructure. The role supports in-house data centres, B2B/extranet connectivity, market data platforms, and integrations with leading cloud and SaaS/PaaS providers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and support network, voice, security, and application service infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Provide technical engineering support for infrastructure projects aligned to business and enterprise network services (ENS) initiatives.
• Design, implement, and support secure and scalable connectivity with cloud platforms and third-party service providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet performance, availability, and security standards.
• Follow established processes, change controls, and operational best practices to ensure service stability.
• Act as a technical escalation point during delivery and implementation phases.

Technical Expertise

Networking

• Enterprise switching and routing (Layer 2 / Layer 3)
• Protocols: IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN
• Technologies: Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR), Cisco Catalyst, Nexus (9K/7K/5K), ACI

Security

• Firewall and security platforms: Palo Alto, Zscaler
• Application delivery and security: F5 (LTM, GTM)

Cloud & SaaS

• Cloud networking and integration on Azure and AWS
  (VNET, NSG, NAT Gateway, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers)
• Experience integrating enterprise services with O365 and cloud-native platforms

Monitoring & ITSM Tools

• ServiceNow
• SolarWinds, Zabbix, SCOM

Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, application delivery, and cloud integration concepts.
• Ability to work effectively within global, diverse technical delivery teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, learn, and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Disciplined approach to documentation, change management, and operational procedures.
