Role Overview:
Service Consultants assist in the support of production application software. This includes assisting with troubleshooting issues, customizing existing software code, writing new software code, testing and debugging modifications, and ensuring appropriate documentation is generated for software code wherever necessary for OLR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing Support and Implementing business processes in Oracle RPAS SAAS solution
- Working with product and architecture team to build world class IT solutions supporting the merchandising processes of the Project.
- Demonstrate subject matter expert for certain functions/processes/tools
- Delivering and ensuring functionality of the developed solutions
- Collaboration across multiple environment and interactions with peers and customers across different geographies.
