Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer for a 6-month contract to consolidate, enhance, and standardize documentation across our SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Client-facing teams to create a unified, scalable documentation framework. Qualifications:
Experience:
3–6 years as a Technical Writer or Content Specialist in a SaaS or product-based organization.
Strong understanding of software development, cloud/SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, security, and architecture fundamentals.
Familiarity with security standards and certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Exceptional writing, editing, and information architecture skills.
Hands-on experience with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion,...
