We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Cost Controller who supports the monitoring of company resources to achieve strategic goals and ensure long-term profitability, thereby providing a basis for decision‑making for the responsible management or project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data preparation and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports.
• Assist with the preparation of construction duration forecasts.
• Support the responsible construction/project management in preparing and analysing the project results report.
• Support operational units in the preparation and continuation of the work calculation.
