Technical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the validity of vessels' certificates and manage electronic documents within the system.
• Support the Technical Superintendent or Manager in preparing, monitoring, and controlling repair and maintenance budgets for the fleet.
• Assist the Technical Superintendent/Manager with the quotation and requisition process for services and supplies.
• Help in drafting technical specifications for dockings and other technical needs.
• Review and follow up on Planned Maintenance System (PMS) reports from vessels.
• Manage and track monthly reports submitted by vessels.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Technical Superintendent/Manager.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITE in Marine Engineering or a related field (Maritime or engineering majors preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
