Technical Coordinator

We’re pleased to be supporting a leading UK residential developer in the West midlands as they look to appoint a Technical Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis to join their established Technical team.

This role will support the Technical Manager and oversee the coordination of architectural and technical information across multiple residential developments, from early design through to completion. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered compliantly, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key experience includes:

• Technical coordination within residential development
• Strong architectural drawing and design coordination skills
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards
• Experience across brownfield and greenfield housing
• Confident managing consultants and technical approvals
