Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical SAP Specialist with deep expertise in SAP CRM, SAP ERP / S/4 , ideally complemented by working knowledge of Salesforce.com and other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex integrations across multiple systems , ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and integration knowledge , with the ability to collaborate across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for SAP CRM.
  • Design, implement, and support end-to-end integrations between SAP systems, Salesforce.com, and other enterprise applications (middleware, APIs, web services, etc.).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with a focus on process optimization and system interoperability.
  • Support and enhance existing SAP CRM and salesforce.com landscapes , ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and performance.
  • Lead and participate in migration, and transformation projects , ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across connected systems and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices for integration strategy, governance, and security compliance .
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and integration architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • SAP CRM (configuration, customization, and integration)
  • SAP ERP / S/4 (Sales & Service)
  • Salesforce.com (platform functionality and integration points)
  • Proven expertise in integration technologies and middleware (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, IDocs, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture and best practices for integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot end-to-end process flows across multiple systems.
  • Experience in large-scale system transformation or migration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities , with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of adaptability to changing technologies, project priorities, and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Integration Architect, Application Architect).
  • Experience in cloud-based integrations and hybrid system landscapes.
  • Exposure to other CRM or ERP platforms beyond Salesforce and SAP.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
