- Assist the customer by phone, emails and chat;
- Offer technical assistance on the tools (smart home devices: cameras, virtual assistant etc..);
- Troubleshoot and define the correct escalation process when necessary;
- Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer;
