  • For our main customer, act as the primary technical contact for all services related topics (Maintenance, Overhaul, Repairs and Upgrade).
  • Lead and coordinate technical support for customer issues, including safety cases and urgent problem resolution.
  • Consolidate and prepare technical offers and tender documentation for Services , ensuring alignment with OE when necessary.
  • Oversee execution of TSG projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Partner with our Centers of Competence (brakes, doors, HVAC, couplers, pantographs, PIS/CCTV, fire protection,...) in tender and projects to ensure technical alignment, timely support, and a unified/harmonized customer experience.
  • Provide quick, accurate support to customer questions across those multiple product lines.
  • Identify and develop opportunities by promoting integrated solutions at train level .
