Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be:
Supporting customers with inquiries related to digital payment services, focusing on technical questions by phone, chat and email
Assist new customers with their account activation, transaction status queries and financial requests
Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts
Ensuring high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships
