About The Role
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist , you will support customers by resolving technical and data-related issues, with a strong focus on SQL-based problem solving. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring high service quality and long-term customer satisfaction.
What Youll Do
Provide technical and customer support via email and phone
Analyze and resolve customer issues related to data, system usage, and SQL queries
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution
Collaborate with internal technical and product teams
Proactively suggest improvements to tools, processes, and customer experience
Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal support procedures
