Job Title: Technical Customer Service Representative

About the Role:


As a technical customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and email communications.


  • Troubleshoot multimedia infrastructures (VDSL, COAX, or FTTH)

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support and troubleshooting for Internet services, VoIP, TV Box, and Mobile


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in entertainment electronics and ease of use. The ideal candidate should have:


  • A technical degree or equivalent qualification

  • Mastery of networks (IP routers NAS remote access etc.) and consumer electronics equipment

  • Excellent listening skills sense of service customer-oriented approach
