Job Description
Nixor are seeking a senior Transformation / Programme Management professional to lead a huge Greenfield PE backed complex data platform initiative. This role is more a Technical Transformation role so would ideally suit someone who has previously held Architecture or Data Engineering roles, but has moved into Transformation, but has retained strong technical depth in modern cloud platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.

My client are operating in genuinely new territory within their industry.
Leveraging unstructured client data at scale, but have little infrastructure currently.
Standardising and structuring inconsistent external datasets
Converting that data into scalable digital products
Building repeatable, governed data foundations that support analytics and AI
