Technical Delivery Director

Plan A Technologies is seeking an experiencedTechnical Delivery Director. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee several software development projects, working alongside project managers, account managers and technical leads, to ensure best practices are being followed throughout the entire development and delivery life cycle.

You will guide, counsel, challenge, course correct and support project team members as well as acting as a point of escalation for any team member.

In addition to supporting delivery, you will also act as mentor and coach to senior team members where you will drive a growth and continual improvement mindset and will play a pivotal enterprise wide role, identifying, enhancing and transforming our systems, processes and people to maintain the highest levels of excellence.

This role will also facilitate focused change agendas such as the adoption of AI as well as identify and drive sanctioned improvement initiatives.
