Role Overview
As Vice President-Technical Delivery, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-stream banking transformation programs, with a focus on Core/Transaction Banking. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, robust governance, and successful program outcomes across global engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of complex, multi-entity banking transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams spanning business analysis, technology, QA, infrastructure, and Dev Ops.
