Overview

The Technology Engagement team leads BCE’s IT project portfolio and acts as the bridge between IT capabilities and customer needs. The team ensures technology solutions enhance customer interactions, improve experiences, and support BCE’s growth. They promote continuous innovation through collaboration and transparency, delivering strong business outcomes across the digital ecosystem.

As the Technical Delivery Lead, you will oversee strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of technical initiatives. The role drives organisational objectives through expert guidance and cross-functional collaboration. It ensures high-quality technical delivery, effective project execution, risk management, and ongoing process improvement while fostering strong stakeholder engagement.
