Technical Delivery Lead

We are partnering with a large global aviation and technology group to hire an Engineering Delivery Manager to lead high‑performing software engineering teams in a complex, product‑led environment.

This role is ideal for a technically strong delivery leader with a background in software engineering, DevOps and modern engineering practices, who is passionate about building healthy teams, improving delivery systems and enabling sustainable flow of value.

You will act as the primary delivery accountability for one or more engineering squads, combining people leadership, delivery governance and technical credibility, while working closely with Product and Technical Leads.
