Job Description

Salary: Up to ₱200,000/month
Location: Makati City (Onsite, 5x a week)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to drive IT project delivery across cross-functional teams. You will manage technical projects from planning to implementation, act as SCRUM Master for agile teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with IT governance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Agile (SCRUM) or Waterfall methodologies
  • Act as SCRUM Master : coordinate teams, lead stand-ups, manage backlog, and promote agile practices
  • Work with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and priorities
