Job Summary

The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as a hands-on engineering leader responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality software solutions while building and leading a high-performing engineering team.

The individual will oversee backend, frontend, and database development using Java Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, provide architectural direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, business, and leadership stakeholders.
