Technical Delivery Manager

As an experienced Project Manager, you will work with cross‑functional squads, engineering teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet customer outcomes.

Your focus will be on enabling iterative, value‑driven delivery , ensuring that our solutions are scalable, technically robust, and aligned to Target’s architecture and operational standards.

The majority of this role will be working from home, however, there will be an expectation to attend the Cardiff office as and when required (usually a minimum of once a month)
