Company Introduction:
A leading bank is expanding its Data & Analytics capability within Retail Banking. They are hiring an important position of a Technical Delivery Manager – Data (Hadoop, Retail Banking) as part of their expansion plans. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact, enterprise-scale programmes across modern data platforms and analytics use cases, including emerging initiatives such as GenAI solutions and models.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data warehouse, data mart, and big data programmes across Retail Banking.
Partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, CRM, credit, and sales & servicing to translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions.
Drive delivery of data and analytics capabilities supporting customer analytics, campaign targeting, personalization, segmentation, credit scoring, and MIS reporting.
