Technical Delivery Manager

Description

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with extensive experience in designing and implementing Roaming & Network security solutions. TDM will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of large, strategic, and complex data integration projects on behalf of our customers. You will work closely with project team members, and few other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The TDM is ultimately responsible for the Technical leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibility, but not limited to:


- Build Mobileum product expertise that allows optimum deployments.

- Learn the standard deployment methodologies and practices.

- Perform the deployment as per the published methodology.

- Build/Review the HLD/LLD/implementation guide as per the templates.

- Strong risk management skills to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address them. This involves conducting risk assessments, analyzing their potential impact on project objectives, and proactively implementing risk mitigation plans

- Report all issues to QE/Product team.
- Send weekly status to Delivery Head/Internal Stakeholders.

- Escalate issues that are blocking/long pending to Project Manager/Delivery Head.

- Adherence to the planned activities and delivering the project with Quality as per the agreed timelines.

- Guide the deployment engineers on product implementation, analyze and help fix issues.

- Participate in the system audit , UAT, Launch readiness
- Post Product launch - KPI Reviews & monitoring and apply any corrections.

- Work with team for transition of the completed projects to Operations team.

- Readiness to travel on short notice for Kickoff/deployment/integration of Mobileum Products. Traveling time as per needs of the project.
- Provide product and other technical feedback to Product team for Enhancements.
Must-have skills- Expertise with Baremetal Servers, Virtual or Kubernetes-based deployments.

- Linux/Shell scripting – Basic knowledge of Linux and shell scripting. Perl/Python scripting knowledge preferred.

- Database - Oracle/In Memory databases like Couchbase – Basic understanding of database is a must. Good knowledge on SQL. PL/SQL knowledge preferred.

- Domain Knowledge – GSM/CAMEL/ Diameter/4G/5G Protocol level knowledge required.
- Communication skills – Candidate should have good grasp of English language and should be fluent in his communication.
- Tools – JIRA, MS Office
Good-to-have skills- Additional languages (Spanish/French) are added advantage.
