Technical Delivery Officer

The technical delivery team is responsible for the deployment of Opus 2's services to hearing room locations. This will include the planning / preparation of the equipment needed for the hearing service, the logistical deployment of the service, the configuration and setup, the support of the service, the breakdown and removal of equipment. This role will be based in Dubai and will report to Technical Services Manager. We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Technical Delivery Officer to join our dynamic LegalTech operations team. This client-facing role is central to the setup and support of technology used in high-profile legal hearings, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
