Technical Delivery Officer

Overview

The technical delivery team is responsible for the deployment of Opus 2's services to hearing room locations. This includes the planning and preparation of equipment for the hearing service, logistical deployment, configuration and setup, support, and the breakdown and removal of equipment. This role is based in Dubai and reports to the Technical Services Manager. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Technical Delivery Officer to join our LegalTech operations team. This client-facing role is central to the setup and support of technology used in high-profile legal hearings, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. You will work closely with a broad client base—law firms, court personnel, and internal stakeholders—delivering technical services that underpin mission-critical litigation and arbitration proceedings.
