Role Summary
The EUC Delivery Lead is accountable for end-to-end steady-state service delivery across critical End User Computing (EUC) towers. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who ensures service stability, team productivity, operational governance, and superior customer experience within a managed services environment.
Technology Scope (Must Have)
VDI: VMware Horizon VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Endpoint Management: Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune
Endpoint Security: Microsoft Defender (Endpoint / AV / EDR)
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Customer Experience
Own SLA, KPI, and OLA performance across EUC towers
Drive CSAT/NPS outcomes through service quality and delivery excellence
Act as the escalation point for critical incidents and service risks
Technical Leadership
Maintain 9/10 hands-on proficiency in at least one core EUC technology
Provide technical oversight, guidance, and escalation support
Analyze incident trends and drive root-cause resolution
Team & Delivery Governance
Hire, manage, and mentor EUC delivery teams
Drive productivity via daily stand-ups, onsite governance, and delivery discipline
Utilize tools such as JIRA for task tracking, workload management, and reporting
Process, SOPs & Compliance
Design, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with client standards, security controls, and audit requirements
Risk & Continuous Improvement
Identify delivery and operational risks proactively
Lead mitigation and contingency planning
Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, automation, and best-practice adoption
Required Experience & Skills
13+ years in EUC / End User Computing within IT Services or Managed Services
Strong expertise in VDI, Endpoint Management, and Endpoint Security
Proven experience hiring and managing delivery teams
Strong understanding of RUN operations and service governance
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
RUN-focused delivery leader with strong technical depth
Process-driven, metrics-oriented, and customer-first mindset
Comfortable operating in high-availability, enterprise environments
